For Brands: You are responsible for the content of your campaign briefs, the selection of influencers, and fulfilling any agreements made with influencers.

For Influencers: You are responsible for the content you create, ensuring it aligns with the brand's guidelines and all applicable laws and regulations. You are also responsible for disclosing any sponsored content appropriately.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the platform. You also agree not to engage in any harassing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior towards other users.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of the Connequity platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of the content they create and share on the platform, but grant Connequity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation of the platform.
